Cheesecake is one of my favorite things – coincidentally so is cookie dough. Cookie dough cheesecake has been on my baking to-do list for quite some time and I finally got around to making it!
The hard part about making an entire cheesecake is finding someone to share it with – surprising right? Since my boyfriend’s family was coming to visit for the night, I figured it was the perfect time to whip up this treat I’ve been dying to make!
Also, it’s very easy to convert into a mini version as well! When I went to a bridal shower for Zack’s cousin back in April, I was trying to decide what present to buy from the registry when she commented on my Instagram photo obsessing over the cheesecake recipe. I like giving gifts that mean a little more than just buying something from a registry so I decided that a dozen or so mini cookie dough cheesecakes would make the perfect gift. (She agreed).
