Cookies and cream is a magic phase that I used to love when I was growing up.Ice cream, candy bars, you name it, I would take it as long as you added “Cookies and Cream” to the name.
These dark chocolate cookies go well with any type of additions – Reese’s peanut butter cups, coconut flakes, etc. You name it, I can promise it would probably taste amazing in these cookies.

[recipe-ingredients]- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 packs Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme fun-sized bars[/recipe-ingredients]
In the bowl of your stand mixer, beat together the butter and sugars. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until combined. Slowly add in your dry ingredients. Remove the bowl from your mixer and fold in your white chocolate chips.
Chill the dough for 1-2 hours. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll cookie dough into small balls. Chop your Cookies ‘n’ Creme bars into small pieces and press into the tops of your cookies.
Bake for 8 minutes and let cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Move to a cooling rack and enjoy![/recipe-directions]
