When Panera first opened in my hometown, they had these delicious chocolate mint crinkle cookies that were big, chewy and filled with mini chocolate chips. That was my first crinkle cookies and I haven’t stopped loving them since.
Crinkle cookies are beyond easy to make – however my current boss is gluten free and as a result is always tempted by my baked goods while being unable to enjoy them. One night I noticed a GF crinkle cookies recipe that she shared from the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen. Looked easy enough and similar to other GF recipes that I’ve tried so I figured I’d give it a go!
They turned out AMAZING – GF or not, they’re fudgey and delicious for any palette. This recipe is definitely one worth trying!
