Italian Cream Cake is a wonderfully fluffy cake with a subtle almond flavor. Traditionally it is filled with coconut and toasted pecans on top however for this one, I had a special request to leave it plain. If you’ve never had any version of an Italian cream cake, I highly recommend trying it.
