Happy National Chocolate Brownie Day! Personally, brownies are my favorite dessert (after ice cream, of course). I love their gooey texture and rich chocolate flavor. Honestly, what isn’t there to love about brownies?
So for National Chocolate Brownie Day, I decided to officially kick-off mint season! These warm gooey brownies are topped with a cool mint buttercream that’ll knock your socks off. I promise, I took the extras to work to share the deliciousness and the reviews were rolling in all day.
These fudge brownies are so simple to make and even without the mint buttercream, so delicious I could probably eat an entire pan by myself. Seriously, just check out that fudgey goodness. How could anyone resist?
Ditch the cookies this holiday season and wow your family and friends with this amazing recipe.
