Happy National Cookie Day! What flavors are you getting ready to bake up? This holiday falls just in time for cookie exchanges and of course, the holiday season. So to celebrate, I’m sharing this recipe for my favorite bakery-style peanut butter chocolate chip cookies!
Peanut butter cookies can be a tricky thing. If your peanut butter is too oily, your cookies will be flat. If you add too much peanut butter, your cookies will be crumbly. This recipe is packed with just enough peanut buttery flavor to make it delicious but also maintain that chewy cookie texture. I prefer them rolling them in sugar, it helps make the outside a little crispy.
