This was my last week at my current position and to celebrate (or say goodbye since they will be seriously missing my baking), I baked something new each day. I thought I was going overboard on the pumpkin but they requested more so here we are!
I’ve been itching to make a bundt cake. I go through phases and this one seems to be my bundt cake phase so I came to the logical conclusion – let’s make a pumpkin bundt cake! Coincidentally, the other day, i am baker share a recipe for this delicious looking cheesecake glaze – that’s right, cheesecake not cream cheese.
I was a little skeptical at first. Cheesecake glaze? Do they mean cream cheese? How the heck do you do that? So obviously I checked it out right away and decided that this pumpkin bundt cake with cheesecake glaze would be my next target.
